It s been a year and half since last updated, so I better write something before it s putrid.
It has been about six months since I started my new journey in Philadelphia. My friends and family from home always ask me about my life in east-coast. Actually, there s nothing much I can share besides terrible weather, bad food, homeless ppl, and ghetto part of city. My life here is pretty much all about studying, IPPE, rotation, and community services. The China town here in Philly is much smaller than the one in San Francisco. In addition to its size, the food here, is about the same price but worse in tastes. About the weather, man!! don t even live in such place okay!!! Whenever the city is snowed in for more than two days after the storms, the ice ruin the roads and cars. It will slow everything down, and this will probably last for one day or two. In average of -8 Celsius degree during the winter, come on, would you even consider to live here for rest of your life? Let me tell you, everything is better in California!!!
If you ask me what s good about Philadelphia, I can still list some good stuffs about Philly.
I definitely love Philly Cheese steak here at Pats Cheesesteaks!!! There are many museums here around Philly, which is good for those ppl who are crazy about art and history. The location of the city is probably good because it s 1.5 hours away from NYC and 2 hours away from Washington DC. Thus Philly may be a good place to consider if you are planing to visit east coast during summer time!!
HOWEVER, I still like California the most!! |
