Today I make Chinese steamed eggs.
I want to try a new process.



Preparing

egg * 2

soy * a little

rice wine * a little (it can without some smell)







First

To break the shell in the bowl and don't throw out the shell.

Use the shell to add water.

1 egg : 2 shell water

 



And mix it with soy and rice wine...





This is very important.

Use sieve to filter egg water. (I don't know how to say)





Perfect!!





!!!Important!!!

Remember  to cover the bowl.

Add a cup of water.







Finish!!







It's not really good but ok.

The steam eggs had some bubble.

Perhaps, I should fix next time.
