 鑒於這次酒友回應的方向,本次品酒會的主題,
第一支會先以香氣特殊的Alsace產區Gewurztraminer做開頭,
接下來,因德國對於甜度有一定的標準,從酸甜中和->微甜->明顯甜度,為各位安排4支Riesling(原本想湊同一酒莊的各種甜度,但因預算考量,我是在特價時有囤到幾支,所以大家就一起嚐試摟),
第6支酒,會是較特別的波特酒,又甜酒精濃度又高,但居然適合配黑巧克力和甜點,真的是超特別(想說朋友要去法西葡,西班牙及葡萄牙最著名的就是波特酒PORT,且酒友拿手的甜點也會有發揮的空間)。
但還有一支是 最終大魔王:法國貴腐酒 ,為何叫"大魔王"呢? 1.價錢要3XXX多 2.RP 給到92-95pts分數 3.它是法國Sauternes產區唯一一級酒莊的姐妹作(那一級酒莊要上萬元,就真的不必追求那種炒作的商品了),想說就先帶著吧,等大家喝到一定醉度,應該就會開了(照片中最右邊的就是大魔王,看 還有紙袋子保護,這是一定要搞搞神秘的^^)

因本次準備的白葡萄酒會偏甜味,查書中對於推薦食物的介紹如下:
第一本書中建議:肝臟類,適合搭配甜白葡萄酒,因肝臟是儲存糖分的地方,口感偏甜。鵝肝醬也適合配極甜的甜白酒。
海鮮:淡水魚、海水魚、貝類、烤魚、青黴Cheese-搭配甜白酒、洗浸Cheese可搭配Gewurztraminer
第二本書中建議:煙燻類、魚類、貝類、菇類、綠色蔬菜、烤魚、奶油或青醬麵類
最後一支波特酒,可搭配巧克力及甜點。
(我已經準備煙熏鮭魚片、香檳口味切達Cheese、Cheese餅乾、大包洋芋片,且還會陸續採購青黴Cheese、黑橄欗、消化餅乾,明天會將採購的清單及金額打出來給大家,看大家針對預算會有哪些建議
建議大家可以準備青醬或奶油麵類、烤箱、烤雞、法國麵包、土司、及甜點,或可以訂清淡口味的PIZZA做主食)
