There are so many fish curries, that is mild and quite tasty. One recipes I have is the following, but the fish needs to be super firm so it doesn t break when cooked.
To about 4 pieces, ruminate for 1/2 hour with the following spice mixture:
1/2 tspn turmeric, 1/2 tspn paprika, 1/2 tspn ground coriander, 1/2 tspn ground cumin, 1/4 tspn curry powder, salt and ground black pepper, 2 tbsn oil, 1 tspn paste garlic/ginger.
What you do is fry in olive oil, letting each side cook for 4 minutes, then turn over. Serve with white rice and lemon wedges.
