描述如何用顯微鏡觀察毛髮(英文報告)

先將欲觀察的物體放於玻璃片上再放置載物台上並以彈簧夾固定
Place the slide on the microscope stage, with the specimen directly over the center of the glass circle on the stage

一.低倍鏡ㄉ使用方法 how to use low power lens

1.用右手握住鏡臂左手托住鏡座把顯微鏡放在桌上
Always carry the microscope with one hand on the Arm and one hand on the Base. Carry it close to your body and gently land it on the table.

2.轉動旋轉盤使低倍物鏡與鏡筒筆直相接
Span the diaphragm and make low power lens close to the objective lens vertically

3.調節光圈及聚光器使視野光度均勻
Adjust the light and focus knob to make brightness spread equally in the field your vision

4.轉動粗調節器眼睛接視接物鏡直至物像明晰
turn the coarse focus knob to adjust things until they can be seen clearly from the eyepiece

5.利用細調節器調節至影像為最明晰為止
Use the fine focus knob to adjust until the image can be as seen as clearly as possible

二.高倍鏡ㄉ使用方法 how to use high power lens

1.依低倍鏡用法找到最明晰的像將欲觀察ㄉ部分移至視野中央
Follow the low power lens direction to find the clear image and place the observation area in the middle

2.轉換高倍物鏡(宜小心勿使與玻片相碰)
Turn the high power lens (be careful, do not crash the slide!)

3.如覺得光線太暗可重新調節光圈及聚光器
Readjust the light and diaphragm if you think it is too dark.

4.利用細調節器調節至最明晰為止
Use the fine focus knob to adjust till most clear and bright for youself

5.若在高倍鏡下找ㄅ到物像時應換回低倍鏡依
前法在找到物像移至視野中心在用高倍鏡
If find objects under high power lens, you should change back to low power lens. Also use the previous method to find the object then use high power lens to bring it to the center of your vision.
