He is a short small guy, who makes a lot more than he actually spends. When he first came to the US on schloarship, he was able to save some part of his scholarship to pay his debts and also his parents' debts in China. When he was little, he had to work in the field before going to school. Due to the memories of his starvation form his childhood, he always eats a lot and almost licks the plate. He and his wife get into arguements often, but in the end of day, he feeds her ice cream.
Do they have short-termed memoriy span? Didn't they forget they just curse each other " his mother's" in Chinese?
