選第一支白酒，是我喝過他其他年分，非常值得介紹給初學者，尤其是喝不慣葡萄酒的酸和澀的人，
(我也是在英國喝到這口感，就愛上白葡萄酒)
再來選這支新世界的紅葡萄酒，現在都是適飲期的酒，不會讓大家喝到新酒的苦澀味，但酒的變化，就需要大家晚上時一起體會摟^^
1.德國路森博士 Dr. Loosen Bernkasteler Lay Riesling Kabinett, Mosel saar ruwer 2009

The generously doles out mint, lime, cark cherry and cassis, its effusive aromatics being complimented by a pure, luscious, light, yet subtly creamy palate performance and lip-smackingly juicy, stone-tinged finish. This beauty is likely to deliver for two decades. Bernkastel is a village near the Dr. Loosen estate and home to the illustrious slate soils that comprise the gentle slopes of the area. Dr Loosen's Bernkasteler Lay [pronounced ""lie"" and an old German dialect for ""slate""] embodies the richest rendition of the Kabinett style which is from the earlier harvests. Limes, mandarins, wet stones and morning dew consume one's whole head even before the first sip. All those and more collide on a palate that is moderately sweet, well integrated, bright but ripe, elegant and yet powerful. A must for those who love a rosy complexioned Riesling.
