By the time getting old, more physical problems and sickness might start to be occured, I must think how to keep my body healthy. Fortunately got one recipe from my company's Vice President, he is over 70 and still very healthy, look like he is less than 60.

Like to share this recipe to all people age over 40 (it is never too early to start)

This is a fruit and vegetable juice, you need to prepare them (cut them) in the morning before you drik, you have to drink it with empty stomach.


1.  大黃瓜: 3-4 小片
2.  青辣椒: 半個
3.  苦瓜: 3-4 小片
4.  紅蘿蔔: 3-4 小片
5.  蘋果: 半個
6. 西洋芹: 一大片
7. 鮮果汁: 少許

After cut, put them into the fruit blender, suggest you to use Vitamix blender (不是打廣告, because it is more powerful)
Then you will get a fresh smootie. (store the vegetable and fruit left over into a zipper freezer bag for next days)

I remember my boss told me it will help preventing and curing abou 25 different kind of sickness, I can't remeber all, but that should cover: 心臟病, 高血壓, 膽固醇, 頻尿, 牙周病, etc. The most important 減肥.

But since these vegetables are very 涼性, so you have to be in type of 血熱, otherwise you might 拉肚子哦.

I have been taking this recipe for 6 years, I drink about 700-800 CC each morning, since there are so many 纖維, I don't need to eat more other stuff for breakfast. (you can if you are still hungry)
