69:1 Save me, O God, for the waters have come up to my neck.
（大卫的诗，交与伶长，调用百合花。）神阿，求你救我。因为众水要淹没我。
69:2 I sink in the miry depths, where there is no foothold. I have come into the deep waters; the floods engulf me.
我陷在深淤泥中，没有立脚之地。我到了深水中。大水漫过我身。
69:3 I am worn out calling for help; my throat is parched. My eyes fail, looking for my God.
我因呼求困乏，喉咙发干。我因等候神，眼睛失明。
69:4 Those who hate me without reason outnumber the hairs of my head; many are my enemies without cause, those who seek to destroy me. I am forced to restore what I did not steal.
无故恨我的，比我头发还多。无理与我为仇，要把我剪除的甚为强盛。我没有抢夺的，要叫我偿还。
69:5 You know my folly, O God; my guilt is not hidden from you.
神阿，我的愚昧你原知道。我的罪愆不能隐瞒。
69:6 May those who hope in you not be disgraced because of me, O Lord, the Lord Almighty; may those who seek you not be put to shame because of me, O God of Israel.
万军的主耶和华阿，求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞。以色列的神阿，求你叫那寻求你的，不要因我受辱。
69:7 For I endure scorn for your sake, and shame covers my face.
因我为你的缘故受了辱骂，满面羞愧。
69:8 I am a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my own mother s sons;
我的弟兄看我为外路人。我的同胞看我为外邦人。
69:9 for zeal for your house consumes me, and the insults of those who insult you fall on me.
因我为你的殿心里焦急，如同火烧。并且辱骂你人的辱骂，都落在我身上。
69:10 When I weep and fast, I must endure scorn;
我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心，这倒算为我的羞辱。
69:11 when I put on sackcloth, people make sport of me.
我拿麻布当衣裳。就成了他们的笑谈。
69:12 Those who sit at the gate mock me, and I am the song of the drunkards.
坐在城门口的谈论我。酒徒也以我为歌曲。
69:13 But I pray to you, O Lord , in the time of your favor; in your great love, O God, answer me with your sure salvation.
但我在悦纳的时候，向你耶和华祈祷。神阿，求你按你丰盛的慈爱，凭你拯救的诚实，应允我。
69:14 Rescue me from the mire, do not let me sink; deliver me from those who hate me, from the deep waters.
求你搭救我出离淤泥，不叫我陷在其中。求你使我脱离那些恨我的人，使我出离深水。
69:15 Do not let the floodwaters engulf me or the depths swallow me up or the pit close its mouth over me.
求你不容大水漫过我，不容深渊吞灭我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。
69:16 Answer me, O Lord , out of the goodness of your love; in your great mercy turn to me.
耶和华阿，求你应允我，因为你的慈爱本为美好。求你按你丰盛的慈悲，回转眷顾我。
69:17 Do not hide your face from your servant; answer me quickly, for I am in trouble.
不要掩面不顾你的仆人。我是在急难之中。求你速速地应允我。
69:18 Come near and rescue me; redeem me because of my foes.
求你亲近我，救赎我。求你因我的仇敌把我赎回。
69:19 You know how I am scorned, disgraced and shamed; all my enemies are before you.
你知道我受的辱骂，欺凌，羞辱。我的敌人都在你面前。
69:20 Scorn has broken my heart and has left me helpless; I looked for sympathy, but there was none, for comforters, but I found none.
辱骂伤破了我的心。我又满了忧愁。我指望有人体恤，却没有一个。我指望有人安慰，却找不着一个。
69:21 They put gall in my food and gave me vinegar for my thirst.
他们拿苦胆给我当食物。我渴了，他们拿醋给我喝。
69:22 May the table set before them become a snare; may it become retribution and a trap.
愿他们的筵席，在他们面前变为网罗，在他们平安的时候，变为机槛。
69:23 May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever.
愿他们的眼睛昏蒙，不得看见。愿你使他们的腰常常战抖。
69:24 Pour out your wrath on them; let your fierce anger overtake them.
求你将你的恼恨，倒在他们身上，叫你的烈怒追上他们。
69:25 May their place be deserted; let there be no one to dwell in their tents.
愿他们的住处，变为荒场。愿他们的帐棚，无人居住。
69:26 For they persecute those you wound and talk about the pain of those you hurt.
因为你所击打的，他们就逼迫。你所击伤的他们戏说他的愁苦。
69:27 Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation.
愿你在他们的罪上加罪，不容他们在你面前称义。
69:28 May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous.
愿他们从生命册上被涂抹，不得记录在义人之中。
69:29 I am in pain and distress; may your salvation, O God, protect me.
但我是困苦忧伤的。神阿，愿你的救恩，将我安置在高处。
69:30 I will praise God s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.
我要以诗歌赞美神的名，以感谢称他为大。
69:31 This will please the Lord more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hoofs.
这便叫耶和华喜悦，胜似献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。
69:32 The poor will see and be glad- you who seek God, may your hearts live!
谦卑的人看见了，就喜乐。寻求神的人，愿你们的心苏醒。
69:33 The Lord hears the needy and does not despise his captive people.
因为耶和华听了穷乏人，不藐视被囚的人。
69:34 Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them,
愿天和地，洋海，和其中一切的动物，都赞美他。
69:35 for God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then people will settle there and possess it;
因为神要拯救锡安，建造犹大的城邑。他的民要在那里居住，得以为业。
69:36 the children of his servants will inherit it, and those who love his name will dwell there.
他仆人的后裔，要承受为业。爱他名的人，也要住在其中。
