Oprah recommended the book, " Eat, pray, love" by Elizabeth Gilbert. She had life people envy. By 31 years old, she got a divorce and left the U.S. for a spiritual journey. She wrote the book after the journey and immediately the book became a best-seller. The writer of the book has three daily rituals that anyone can do anywhere. 1. Start a journal and answer this question every morning: What do I really, really, really want? " 2. Write down the happiest moment of every day in a happiness journal. 3. Refine your mantra. (What you tell yourself about you)
Gray Null (my new-found favorite writer) suggests
Ask who you are every day. Spend quality time with your self through mediation, pray, visualization, and affirmation.
Love yourself with unconditional love. Love yourself even if any one else doesn’t.
