I brought a new air conditioner on 4th of this month in order to replace the old one that had been used for over 10 years. Both new one and old one is Hitachi products. They have similar outlook.
The new air-conditioner was then installed on 7th June. I satisfied with the new product. But I still felt it noisy when running.
There is a new product produced by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. It attracts me with such low cost by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, not Mitsubishi electric. But the outlook is not beautiful and I worry about it quality. But on my mind Heavy Industries products are better than electric's.
Another brand name that I concerned were Panasonic and Rasonic. I preferred to buy Panasonic product because I hope to try another brand name product to have a comparison. But my mother wanted to continue to use Hitachi product.
The total cost of the air-conditioner including installation fee and tips cost me $5300. Not cheap and not expensive.
