The first two weeks is the drop/add period. I changed my class schedule, dropped one course (I realized it was already transferred from my previous college so I don t need to take it again), and added the Field Experience I.
Yesterday I signed up for two high schools in Bmp, closest to my place and campus. Now I have to wait for the response. I sure hope I get either one of them because i really don t want to travel far out of Bmp for the 20hours community service and the school visits. I suppose I should start write my lesson plans and design my own teaching methods so when it is time for me to go to the high school I am already prepared for my classes. [:-|]
Field Experience I is the first part of my internship so I have to get a good grade to keep up my GPA. My internship evaluation will determine what kind of high school I will be assigned by the Ed Board, and I sure don t want to end up at a run-down school because of a bad evaluation. [X-D]
It is soon time for my Ethics class. The book store ran out of the textbooks that are required for the course...so I have to find other ways to get the assigned readings. [:|]
I should get ready for class now...the lecturer doesn t seem to be a lenient person so I better don t show up late..... [:-]
