I have been working at Grand Hyatt hotel as casual associates for 1 month. My feeling is good, nice and pleasant. I usually work 10 hours a day, but not every day need to work. Therefore, my wage was not enough for me to expense.
How to transform now situation. There are 2 ways, one is do it better, I already tried my best. I hope to become a permanent staff, so my salary can be increased distinctly. The other way is find another job as permanent job and do casual at here when I have holiday, but it is more toilsome.
But anyway, I learnt much experience and techniques in this month, nice work, nice partners, nice senior staff.
Hope it can be stable for me to earn more money because I am not young.
I do hope to save more spare money because of the crazy Hong Kong society.
