since I last logged on to this site.
But life goes on and i have been having fun :-)
Just joined a dojo to get into mixed martial arts
need something other than hiking to cross train and MMA it is
it is very hard, challenging, and fun so far
Weight remains the same but i got leaner after only a week of classes
Summer is starting and got a lot of trips planned
Am so looking forward to getting out and about
