In the experiments of effects of heat treatment and yeast antagonist on decay development in artificially inoculated and wounded fruits or naturally infected development in intact fruit,the effectiveness of heat treatment combined with C.laurentii in controlling artificially inoculated P. expansum or R. stolonifer as well as natural infections on intact fruit was higher than either heat or C. laurentii treatments alone.
