I just saw a zero cost business the names call「Windshield wash service」at Commercial Broadway Station.
When the cars are stopping for traffic light, a man moved his body to the cars as soon as possible. Then he do an enforcement wash service to those cars. You can say no to him, but you have to accept his offensive words, or you accept his service then give he some coins. I don't know how much you should be giving to him, probably a dollar or two.
I have no idea why these Vancouver homeless never go to find a job? Even I can see they're wearing nice clothes then sitting on the road side and extend their hands to ask people for money.
