2.do not update firmware! (now was 3.1.2)
3.better turn off all auto update on itunes
4.do not install any app to change a theme (ex:snowboard,winterboard)

that means everytime u turn off you iphone,want to turn on back,
you need to do few simple step as below:~
1.first, u need to install itunes into your computer,just install,no need open the software,if you using itunes just turn off first,
2.and then turn on your iphone 3gs ,now u,ll see your iphone screen asking you connect with itunes, ok just double click the Blackra1n.exe on you computer (no need install)
3. then you will see the this screen on your pc
now plug-in your iphone usb with computer
then press make it ra1n!
4.after that you will see your iphone screen going to this pic:
just wait around 20sec,
when your iphone going pic earth or app screen
