以下是我這些日子所犯下的錯誤
雖然都都不是有意的但是錯還是犯下了
情節真的滿嚴重的
有些貨都出到客戶那裡去了
而且對PM Benson造成很大的麻煩 真的是對他過意不去
過去他為我擋了許多因我製造過失而產生的後果
他幫我承擔了許多
今天和別的同事聊過才知道有些PM 對RD可是不這麼的仁慈
會抓狂而且會到老闆那裡嗆聲 有些還說的很難聽
這些讓我覺得 我真的幸運了很多
雖然這份工作到目前為止我覺得收獲真的不是很多
但是我遇到了許多對我很照顧的人
包括我老闆、PM、STEVEN、MONGLU、ANDY、HOWIE、IRENE…
我發覺我還受到不少人的照顧 這些的日子謝謝你們了
今天我離開這家公司 雖然過程並不是很完美
但也因此令我決心將要好好的衝剌為將來開啟屬於自己的道路
我現在知道自己要的是什麼
就要努力去追求
自己要的就要自己去努力獲得
就像我剛遇到我的BABY那時候一樣 雖然覺得很害羞但是還是牽起她的手一起走
一直到現在那時候的畫面我還記得很清楚呢！
為自已追求的事物努力得到的成果也會特別的珍惜。

The repeated BOM error did damage our credit to the customer and increase working load to WIH.

The problem is: we pop several parts that is non-pop in Nikki's BOM.

Action taken in Wistron: issue ECR0800201 to correct the BOM. These parts/locations (270pcs) were manually modified in SMT program and SOP for the urgent case because the EC not take effective.
Error found on 1/10
Problem: 49G3548AA was missed in the BOM 46K6537(Kaleri 2W).
Impacted cards:46K6537
Impacted range: This problem was found before we start a new build. No impact on built cards.
Action required by Nikki: No.
Action taken in Wistron: issue R0800252 to correct the BOM.
Error found on 1/14
The problem is: we mis-place a wrong part on the indicated location.
