Recently it's not well on my job,becaue my boss request me in charge of all of IE, but he just told me I have to know how to measure the CT and so on, then there are not any trainings, ducuments or hanging over it, not at all. 

Actually, I'm not afraid to be responsable for it, but such as the kind of boss I'm really not admiring. Only do the job of PMP(拍馬屁), completely not have any management rules, a lot of people don't know why they do the report ,what it is for, no purpose's people how to arrive destination.
