13.法老心裏剛硬，不肯聽從摩西、亞倫，正如耶和華所說的。
Yet Pharaoh’s heart became hard and he would not listen to them, just as the LORD had said.
The Plague of Blood
14.耶和華對摩西說：「法老心裏固執，不肯容百姓去。
Then the LORD said to Moses, 「Pharaoh’s heart is unyielding; he refuses to let the people go.
15.明日早晨，他出來往水邊去，你要往河邊迎接他，手裏要拿著那變過蛇的杖，
Go to Pharaoh in the morning as he goes out to the river. Confront him on the bank of the Nile, and take in your hand the staff that was changed into a snake.
16.對他說：『耶和華希伯來人的 神打發我來見你，說：容我的百姓去，好在曠野事奉我。到如今你還是不聽。
Then say to him, 『The LORD, the God of Hebrews, has sent me to say to you: Let my people go, so that they may worship me in the wilderness. But until now you have not listened.
17.耶和華這樣說：我要用我手裏的杖擊打河中的水，水就變作血；因此，你必知道我是耶和華。
This is what the LORD says: By this you will know that I am the LORD: With the staff that is in my hand I will strike the water of the Nile, and it will be changed into blood.
18.河裏的魚必死，河也要腥臭，埃及人就要厭惡吃這河裏的水。』」
The fish in the Nile will die, and the river will stink; the Egyptians will not be able to drink its water.』」
19.耶和華曉諭摩西說：「你對亞倫說：『把你的杖伸在埃及所有的水以上，就是在他們的江、河、池、塘以上，叫水都變作血。在埃及遍地，無論在木器中，石器中，都必有血。』」
The LORD said to Moses, 「Tell Aaron, 『Take your staff and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt－over the streams and canals, over the ponds and all the reservoirs－and they will turn to blood.』 Blood will be everywhere in Egypt, even in vessels[a] of wood and stone.」
