所有的承諾都聽聽就好, 高興~但不要"太"高興. 因為說話的時間點是"現在", 而這是一張遠期空頭支票, 會不會兌現是無法保證的. 不管男女都喜歡聽這些愛的承諾. 而為了要取悅對方, 有時更會 over promise. 這些 promises 都將會是以後吵架的彈藥. ("但是...你以前說過(答應過)...blah blah blah....")
大部分歌頌愛情的歌曲或故事都是在講一個,或一段時間點, 這個時間點之後的事則交給觀眾自己去想像 (...and they lived happily ever after,....etc.) 偶爾會有一兩部電影是真的演到兩人到老死都相愛的, i.e. The Notebook (2004 movie), 但是比例少之又少.
I always want to see a sequal movie that shows the happy ending of the previous movie turned totally different then we expected. That should be fun!
Like in the beginning of the movie "National Treasure 2 (Book of Secrets)", Ben and Abigail broke up because they found out all the problems from each other after living together. (Yes, they got back together again, but who knows what happened after that?! Waiting for National Treasure 3!!!)
