今天又有個新發明:
蔥油餅+切片蕃薯+蒜頭拍打平鋪 放入烤箱 10-12分鐘 ~ 不錯吃
(蔥油餅很油配上番薯很乾,再加上蒜頭~原來蒜頭用烤的配著吃是這麼好吃)
(邊緣有點烤焦,拿掉不要ㄔㄛ)
+ 1杯500cc無糖豆漿 ~ 就是我的早餐啦!
我想到有前輩敎我這樣煮飯:
白米(五穀米,糙米) + 一點苦茶油 + 一點點鹽巴 ~ 一個長輩(試過)
白米(五穀米,糙米) + 蒜頭 ~ 一個泰國菜的廚師(試過)
白米(五穀米,糙米) + 迷迭香 ~ 一位餐旅學校的老師(沒試過~但有吃過他烤的牛排上頭加上迷迭香,不錯吃)
早上看了下書,看到這個,覺得有趣 ~
人在水裡會淹死,魚在陸地會死,用人吃的去餵鳥?當然會死的很快呀! ~
今天佈置套房發現一張搖椅,奇怪,我沒加入vip也沒有點數阿!是誰送的呢?(原來是薑軍包???)
真的很感激你喔!謝謝啦~
東西當然要吃越新鮮越好喽!所以吃的不要買太多,也不要新買來的放著不吃,新買來的當然要先吃啊!比較新鮮~

原文:昔者,海鳥止於魯郊。魯侯御而觴之於廟,奏」九韶」以為樂,具太牢以為膳。鳥乃眩視憂悲,不敢食一臠,不敢飲一杯,三日而死。此以己養鳥也,非以鳥養鳥也。莊子‧至樂篇
從前有隻海鳥,在魯國城門上棲息。 因為從來沒有人見過這種鳥,所以人們都叫牠做「神鳥」。
魯侯命侍從活捉海鳥。 侍從將海鳥關在金籠內,並放在太廟裏供養。 魯侯視海鳥如國賓。 每天都有各式各樣的珍饈百味供海鳥品嘗,就是魯侯的樂師,也要為海鳥演奏。
可是,海鳥卻被這些豪華排場所嚇倒,心裏既驚慌又悲痛,不敢飲食,過了三天,終於死去。
魯侯以為他款待海鳥,已十分周到。 可不是嗎?他是用養自己的方法去養海鳥的。
The King s Seabird
A seabird was once seen perching on the city gate of the capital of Lu. Nobody had seen such a bird before, so they called it the "holy bird."
The King of Lu ordered his men to capture the seabird alive. They kept it in a golden cage and brought it to the Imperial Ancestral Temple.
The King treated the seabird as though it were his guest of honour. Each day there would be banquets where dainties and delicacies of every kind would be offered to the seabird. Even the King s musicians had to perform for the seabird s sole amusement.
But the seabird was terrified by all this grandness. It became so frightened and sad that it dared not eat or drink. After three days, it died.
The King thought that he had been a good host to his guest. Why not? He was treating the seabird the same way he treated himself.
