I am a head janitor if people ask me what I do for living. Seriously, I spent 30% of my time everyday to clean someone's shit. On the record, it is called "Production Support". Off the record, it is called "Wipe off other people ass by my bare hand". I just don't understand why people would still make the same mistakes repeatedly even they all look smarter than I do. So, my conclusion is the look can be very deceiving.
Here is the classic example which just happened on last Friday.
I arrived at office at 6:30 and thought it would be an easy day cos we have an early release to let people go on 3 PM for the Memory weekend.
Once I open my queue and found out there are 12 problems with the same scenarios "Cannot view image with invalid path", my immediate reaction is "what the fuck" and I knew my day will be fucked.
It turns out to be a bunch of image files were deleted from the folder. To make a long story short, one of my colleagues moved a shit load of from the system folder to her person folder. I was working my ass off until 3:30 to clean up the mess and sent reply to each user.
My ex mean boss keeps telling me that my job is a gravy train. Sorry, this gravy train has derailed for a long time. It is more appropriate to call "Potty Train", I am training people how to potty.
