Spent almost a week in Central Florida, home of Walt Disney World. Being sunny is probably the only similarity between Florida and California. The flatness, small lakes, woods, and humidity of Florida reminds me more of its Southern neighbors. It's funny how people succumb to the weather. A little humidity made me appreciate Californian dryness. Though from what I've read, people are generally warmer than out in the West. This is what is called Southern hospitality. Which explains why some people I know feel quite at ease living in Southern towns, USA. The weather and folks there remind them of Taiwan. :D
