Many words are used as restrooms like powderooms, washrooms, bathrooms, ladies'/ men's room, lavatories, toilets, can, John... In France, people have to pay to use public restrooms. In England, people have to wait in line to use the restrooms. In Spain, sort like in Taiwan, people wait at a door they choose in the restrooms. I can never figure out why use a guy's name as a name for toilet. One thing for sure is I won't name my kids "John"
