I got a little down recently. Perhaps a little depress , or feel bad because
I am not doing well with something I care about.
Perhaps I am overwhelmed with something that need to be done well. However,
sometimes I just don t have the power and energy to do so. Turns out, all of those
stuff that s blowing my mind. Of course I know I should get things under my control and
make it easy as possible. Maybe I need some exercise to lift my mood immediately.
well... I m just saying . just want to get things off my chest.
