Dear Mr. Hsieh,
It is so nice to have you again via Richard in Taipei. Few days ago Richard showed me a text you wrote about me. I was so touched to read that and would think I have to meet you once again wherever you live.
I quitted my shop and worked for ChiMei museum during 1990-2005. Then I got retired but remain holding the same job and work at the Foundation and Museum.
Since I also take the responsibility to manage the mandolin orchestra, I need someone who could help my music arrangement work. After I learn your CV, I believe you are the best from those I am searching. The ex one I commissioned the work, was Tony Halligan, English but lives in north of Toulouse, south of France. But because the guitar part seems out of his ability, he quitted the work year ago. Most of my time is working for the new museum, that is the reason I need help.
Hope we could meet as early as possible in the following days or week.
