關於時間的相對論,也許大家都聽過類似的:
在與情人約會時,總會覺得時間好短暫,儘管暱在一起整星期,也覺得光陰似箭.
在與老闆meeting時,總覺得時間好漫長,儘管只是一個小時,卻像是過了一世紀.
哪種對時間管理比較有效率呢?效率與效益相比孰重?
