It's not easy to lose your weight when ur age is getting old. I have the same problem as well, but I have the idea that I need to get some exercises for solving this weight problem. You know my right keen is not in a veyr good sharp and of course I have accepted some medical treatments for my right knee. Though it's getting better now, I still need to improve / enhance the sharp of my knee and jogging exercise is the best choice. You all can try to jog now and then, it's really goog for your health.
