I say “reject it directly” That’s my personality. If I believed I did the right thing, I would insist and persuade the boss with the right reason. My coworker always changes his standpoint by different conditions. To view the positive side is that his personality is flexible; on the contrary, this kind of person lacks the loyal faith. It is similar to some politicians who transform their party owing to their personal advantage. These fickle people disgusted me. Of course, my coworker criticizes my personality stubborn. However, I still believe that stubborn is better than unfaithful.
