3.「以色列啊，你要聽，要謹守遵行，使你可以在那流奶與蜜之地得以享福，人數極其增多，正如耶和華你列祖的 神所應許你的。
Hear, Israel, and be careful to obey so that it may go well with you and that you may increase greatly in a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the LORD, the God of your ancestors, promised you.
4.以色列啊，你要聽！耶和華我們 神是獨一的主。
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.[a]

These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.
7.也要殷勤教訓你的兒女。無論你坐在家裏，行在路上，躺下，起來，都要談論。
Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
8.也要繫在手上為記號，戴在額上為經文；
Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.
9.又要寫在你房屋的門框上，並你的城門上。
Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.
