After all days meeting and discussion for lacking of general surgeon in South Island suburban area,and decreasing operations rate in those area,really caused lots of waiting lists to DHB.. Training and equitments need to be improved by DHB and encourage young doctor to serve as general surgeon in those area.Still thinking...complicated to solve in one step..#-O Annual surgeon meeting in Christchurch last 3 days to take, can't sleep tonight for unsolving problems.. AJ~o)
