In the U.S, Xmas Eve is sort like Chinese New Year in Taiwan. On this day, families gather together and have dinner together. The food is usually the same every year. Turkey, sweet potatos, green beans, pumpkin pies are popular dishes during Xmas season. On Xmas morning, we wear pajamas and open gifts under Xmas trees. Some families have real Xmas trees in their homes. But my family usually have fake tree. After opening the gifts, we have late brunch. During the 10 years in the U.S., we sometimes eat in country clubs. They offer buffet for $50 but the price is not including the drinks. The wine is around $10 per glass. I like the restrooms in the country clubs, so big and comfy. My U.S. Days are over. Thanks for the Xmas gifts. They made my Xmas in Taiwan special.
