Before I bay Avril's all cd vcd and dvd.
Because those things have many problems.
So I ask they must tast those things because even all things happen same problems.
I ask them how can I do for those problems.
They tell me they'll let one person go to my home take those things.
But they get those things already two weeks and they don't tell and call me let me know how long they can finish.
So I call for them to ask what happen now.
The service person tells me they already tast those things. 
Ok I want her let anyone calls me to tell how many things they have done.
I just feel.......
But the service person tells me I only sent tow things for them.
I tell her I sent five things for them.
She tells me they just get tow things.
I tell her what those things I sent back.
She says they'll call me next monday let me know what things they already done and chack how many things I sent back for them.
If they tell me I just sent tow things for them ok wait to see what I'll do to them.
So I still can't be happier I think U know why.
