There is a new restaurant called Bug and Bee in my neighborhood. I had been wanting to go since it opened. Yesterday I went with my mom for lunch. It turned out it was a bad choice because my mom disliked it. It s my fault that I shouldn t have chosen something she was not customed to. It s hard for old people to adapt their tastes. Bug and Bee is a chain Thai restaurant originated from Thailand. I lived in the U.S. for years. Many Americans love Thai food. So I grew to like Thai food after living in the U.S. over 10 years.
The shape of the restaurant looks like a hive and is packed with young people everyday. I like the interior design of the restaurant. The color of the walls is very bright. I also like the concept of the restaurant which they make soothies from fresh fruit. To sum up, it s a trendy restaurant for a younger generation or foreigners, but not a good place to take your family or secret lovers.

Gonna have dinner with Yo tonight. I have met Yo in I-part since I first I joined I-Part. I promised to meet him in spring, but I didn t. He reminded me my promise a week ago. So tonight we are gonna have dinner in a small Thai restaurant two blocks away from my apartament. I suggested we go to Bug and Bee, but a friend of his girlfriends works there. He is afraid of being seen by the friend. Well, I m not afraid of being seen by anyone. Yo is very tall and fit. He is much much younger than me. Young people are fun to be with. They go out often. The problem is my mind belongs to the older generation. I like to talk to older people. Most of my girlfriends are older than me. Young people are aliens to me. They speak in a language packed with slang. I am more worred about the subjects. Not sure what to talk about. I didn t know anything about Jolin and Jay Chou two years ago. Need to catch up with the younger generation.
Have not got a good night slept this week. Not sure why.
