這是昨天在補習班所看的一部電影 雖然是很久的一部片,不過真的很好看,以下是簡單的故事簡介:

                            [STORY]
An unlikely bond,an unanticipated discovery.
When the introverted young Walter(Academy Award nominee Haley Joes Osment) finds
himself forced to spend the summer with a pair of eccentric great-uncles(Oscar winners Michael
Caine and Robert Duvall), he's undertandably unnerved. They are old,cranky and total strangers.
They live on a remote ranch in Texas.Aad worst of all,they're not expecting him.

These gruff-talking,shotgun-toting great-uncles,Garth and Hub,also don't havemuch interest
in talking care of any boy,let alone an unusual commodity like Walter.But left to their
own devices,this mismatched threesome begins to forge an unlikely bond.

Walter is slowly drawly deawn in by his uncle's exotic past,past,their tales of faraway lands and
hints of a mysterious fortune.Garth and Hub,meanwhile,gradually find their lives reignited by the boy's spirit and curiosity.

Secondhand Lions is a heartwarming comedy about adventures,discoveries,growth and trust.It was written and directed by
BAFTA AWARD-winning writer Tim McCanlies(Iron Giant)and produced by New Line Cinema and
David Kirschner.
