(01)材料:絲瓜半條,蕃茄1顆, (02)將切成小段,即蔥花.... (03)再把絲瓜切成薄片....
磨菇6朵,黑木耳半片,蛋1顆,
筍絲少許,鴨油或雞精....
(04)先用煮滾熱水,去除蕃茄皮,(05)把黑木耳切成細絲狀....(06)再把磨菇切成薄片....
再將蕃茄對切成8小片....
(07)在小碗裡,打入雞蛋, (08)取一小鍋,倒入1飯匙沙拉油...(09)蕃茄放入鍋中,中火翻炒..
再把蛋打勻....
(10)翻炒約1~2分鐘.... (11)加半飯匙米酒,翻炒3~5下..(12)加水至鍋子的一半,開大火....
(13)再放入切好的絲瓜片,與切片的磨菇,蓋上鍋蓋悶煮至滾..(14)水滾,再將黑木耳絲放入..
(15)放進筍絲.... (16)放1/3小匙的鹽.... (17)再放2飯匙的鴨油,
或1小匙的雞粉....
(18)加1/3小匙胡椒粉.... (19)將蛋汁邊倒鍋裡,邊迅速攪勻..(20)等鍋裡水滾,再關火....
(21)最后,放入蔥花.... (22)即完成"蕃茄絲瓜蛋湯"....
