在國家政策範圍內，香港馬會獎券有限公司將向代簽申請人提供香港六合彩服務，
雙方本著自願、平等的原則，經過協商達成協議如下，本協議雙方具有約束作用
(一)香港馬會獎券有限公司為申請人提供服務時
1.對代簽申請人提供的相關資料應予守密
2.應按國家規定的博彩服務質量標準為申請人提供服務.同時接受申請人服務質量監督
3.應向申請人提供業務咨詢、查詢等服務
4.應採取多種模式認真受理申請人投訴，從接到申請人投訴之日起，應在1日內答覆申請人
5.應建立與申請人溝通的管道，進行申請人滿意程度測評，聽取申請人的意見和建議自覺改善服務工作
(二)代簽人員接受香港馬會獎券有限公司提供的服務時
1.彩民在登記成為代簽申請人時，須向本公司提供真實、無誤的用戶資料(真實姓名，位址，聯繫電話)
2.不得以任何形式外傳我們所提供的資料
3.有權在香港馬會獎券有限公司提供的服務項目中選擇自己所需的服務，同時有權變更享受的服務項目、付款模式等，但需通知並徵得香港馬會獎券有限公司的同意
4.申請人要徵得香港馬會獎券有限公司同意，才可將本協議的全部權利與義務轉讓（過戶）給他人，申請人與其他任何單位、部門或個人之間簽訂的涉及到租用權的協議，對香港馬會獎券有限公司概不發生效力

(三)服務協議的終止
在下列任何情況，香港馬會獎券有限公司有權終止本服務協議或暫停向客戶提供服務︰
1.違犯本服務協議任何條款的
2.利用香港馬會獎券有限公司作非法或不正當用途，有損于國家安全和違反國家法律法規的以上條款
在申請人填寫簽署完畢及香港馬會獎券有限公司收到時生效

(2) Member accept Hong Kong horse can lottery ticket when the service that Co., Ltd. offer

2.Can't spread the materials that we offer outside in any form .

(3) Lapse of service agreement
