Some people actually believe they can get to know other people WELL by typing to them on instant messaging. How silly they believe !! (if you stand on the point of effectiveness of communication)
Studies have shown that instant messages lead to the most miscommunication. It's very easy to understand why. Because you simply do not have enough time to tell others what you really mean. Other people have to speculate on your short messages. That's why misunderstanding occurs.
Everyone has the choice of ways of communication. And I choose NOT to use instant messaging.
