Nowaday I try to jog for about 40 minutes a day.......I hope I can do more but not enough time in my 24 hours....
I find if I do not exercise, I put on more weight and start to become tired easily when working.
I just come back from jogging and although I am really tired, I felt in a way re-freshed.
