With the increase of technology, people have many product requests such as appearance, function, quality and so on. For this reason, engineers have been an important role in the process of product. In order to help new engineers, many companies and factories make a good deal of course chain to support new engineers. This essay will explain how to train a new engineer to achieve company and factory demands including the understanding of productive manufacture flow and the engineer working comprehension.

Chart 1: New Engineers training plan

Initially, understanding of company procedures is the first phase of all new engineers training plan courses. Director provides all procedures for new engineers. Procedures can help new engineers to understand their company or factory internal departmental function and the relationship between different departments. For example, FQC (Final quality control) situation is after producing a product because of ensuring the produce quality before shipping.

Perusal of SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), SIP (Standard Inspection Procedure) and Flow Chart are the second step of the training plan. Director provides SOP, SIP and Flow Chart for new engineers. SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) helps new engineers know what operators do and what the standard operating manner is. SIP (Standard Inspection Procedure) lets new engineers realize what the correct inspect techniques and why operators do. Flow Chart help new engineers to understand product manufacture process.

The third course is the Product Manufacture Process Realization. Director led new engineers into their company or factory product manufacture areas and introduces manufacture process. After that new engineers should check themselves studying status into the company or factory product manufacture areas with SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), SIP (Standard Inspection Procedure) and Flow Chart.

Exam’s proposal is to understand new engineers studying status and personal characteristic such as positive, spontaneous, responsible and so on. Exam’s subjects focus on these procedures, SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), SIP (Standard Inspection Procedure), Flow Chart and what new engineers saw and heard into the product manufacture areas. Follow the exam’s result, if new engineer get over 50%, the new engineer will get the employment opportunity. Unfortunately, if the new engineer only get 49% (under 50%), the new engineer will lost the qualification of being employed in the company or factory.

The last stage is Day-to-Day Working Training. Director will assign an experienced engineer to teach new engineers. Through his or her Day-to-Day working, new engineer will understand how to finish oneself duty and achieve director’s demands.

To sum up, the new engineer training plan includes the understanding of productive manufacture flow and the engineer working comprehension. Final recommendation attained from this essay is for companies and factories to train new engineer to achieve conditions of profession. It is crucial that companies and factories put more effort in providing better strategies.
