The end of January is the time to get Winter s Name brand Jacket
Every year, if I have time and think of, at this time of the year
I will check the Department store or outlet
for the discounted clothes
If price right, I will buy it and if I don t wear it I will give to relative
This year I got a Kenneth Cole Winter coat paying 1/4th of the original price
And one other fall sport jacket 1/5 of the original price... not bad
